The Company

Genius is 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration

Take a splash of talent and a hint of luck, add a dash of perseverance and, above all, hard work and you’ll get a tasty mocktail called Univers Drink. Arnaud Jacquemin entered the ‘non-alcoholic beverages’ market in 2009. A pioneer in this niche market, he developed innovative recipes for elegant and festive drinks, which quickly made ‘non-alcoholic’ the talk of the town at trade fairs around the world. Today, Univers Drink appeals to teetotalers the world over.

They did not know it was impossible, so they did it

Arnaud is proud to have built something from nothing. He began by marketing two sparkling beverages inspired by champagne, before expanding his range three years later with a range of non-alcoholic wines that are now certified as organic. Univers Drink also offers mocktails (mojito, spritz, margarita, gin and tonic) and a whiskey and amaretto for lovers of spirits.

Univers Drink has gradually made a name for itself, thanks to the confidence of two large supermarket chains (Carrefour and Delhaize, not to name any names), but, above all, thanks to the quality of its products, which have been awarded numerous prizes. The drinks boast a wide range of flavours and aromas, which are obtained via a unique dealcoholisation process for wines. This makes it possible to achieve 0% alcohol content.

Vision

Univers Drink is an ambitious company that proposes a healthy and contemporary alternative to alcoholic beverages. After racking up hundreds of kilometres in an old car and subjecting his recipes to a battery of tests, Arnaud now offers a range of responsible and high-quality products.

Since sustainability is at the core of its values, Univers Drink works to develop local partnerships and employs the services of European companies to produce its beverages.

Responsible drinking and well-being

Today, abstaining from alcohol, whether occasionally or permanently, is no longer synonymous with boredom. In fact, between Dry January and the Tournée Minérale, periods of abstinence are popular. And those who abstain are certainly no longer seen as party-poopers. Of course, the first things that come to mind are pregnant women or athletes, but more and more people are becoming aware of the harmful impact of alcohol, whether in terms of road safety, public health or simply individual well-being.
