The original Spritz is said to have been invented by Austrian soldiers who found the Italian wine too strong. So they diluted it with sparkling water. Alcohol-free Night Orient Spritz has a bitterness and aroma similar to its alcoholic counterpart. Especially welcome is the fact that it contains almost no sugar!
